Inspect the source of the oil stain by looking above it and following the trail of Oil. There is a high chance that it's comming from the oil cooling lines, more specific, the metal joints midway on the lines.

 

Very common problem with the OEM oil lines.

 

To solve it, replace the oil cooling lines with steal braided ones.
