I've replaced the discs, pads and brake lines. Then replaced all 4 bleed screws as one was rounded off. Yet when i bleed the brakes the pedal goes straight to the floor. I've gone through 2 bottles of AP Racing fluid and still nothing.
I did have a quick look underneath the car and followed the brake lines and couldn't see anything leaking, also no leaking patches on the ground. I'm just going to get a mechanic to have a go and see if they can tell me what's wrong.
Uhhhh Since you've bleeded the brakes several times and you know you did it right, the last thing to do would be to check every brake line in the car and see if it's leaking. Sometimes on old vehicles that were exposed to salt or poor maintenence, the brake lines can start leaking due to salt and rust.
This would be the last thing to check before giving up and taking it to the mechanic and have him play with it.
The car is still sitting on axle stands with a brake pedal that goes straight to the floor. I've tried the replacement master cylinder with the same results but a few people have told me it's 100% the master cylinder so i've bought yet another replacement to see if it works. If i doesn't then i can completely rule out the master cylinder being the problem. I also tried refitting the standard rubber brake lines but it's no good so i fitted the braided lines again. I've also tried putting some plumbers tape on the brand new bleed screws and several different ways of bleeding including a vacuum pump. It's had 3 liters of fluid through it.
Good call. Let me know how it goes :)

I replaced the master cylinder and the pedal still goes to the floor. I'm literally out of ideas...
I've bought a new master cylinder, i think the problem is it's not holding pressure. Hopefully this solves the issue, i'll let you know.
